I have been taking this for a few months now. I have found that it helps with digestion and inflammation. I no longer have constant pain in my joints and my ankle that is usually swollen 4 days a week is no longer swollen. I take 3 pills in the morning and 2 in the evening. It is so much easier and better then the powder turmeric.

This is by far the best turmeric supplement I've taken. every time I do yard work, my 60+ year old bones scream at me, then I take 2 of this turmeric capsules and I'm as good as new. I'm recommending this wonderful supplement to everyone I know. thanks S.Lopez.

Great turmeric. Can’t do without it

My husband has been taking the Turmeric with Bioperene for more than a year. He has had no complaints. It’s hard for him to pinpoint the benefits because he takes quite a few other vitamins and prescription meds. I do the research on all the vitamins we take and the ingredients in the turmeric are minimal, high potency, and reasonably priced. The customer service at Me First Living is exceptional.
