I am very pleased with all the products that I have purchased, and I have recommended them to friends and family. I had a subscription and I was very pleased. The only issue I had was that I was getting too much product each month, and after I had a solid supply. I paused my subscription to catch up with the amount of product that I have. I often try something new to see if I am happy with the results, and the best advice to give someone who is new to Medterra is to try a few different strengths and mixes, and I am pretty sure that you will find the combo that works best for you. . . I love the Calm, and I will take 2 or 3 if I am running errands or working a 5-hour shift, and the amount is perfect for me; they take the edge off, but do not make me feel wasted. The Daily Delight has been a godsend for my sleep issues, and within 30 minutes, I am ready for bed. I LOVE the fact that I can try different strengths for different issues, and I know that the quality is great and the effort is always the best results for me. I am a true believer in Medterra.
