I received my order after almost a month which is most likely because of the current pandemic situation plus the holiday season (ordered around second week of December). But then they were responsive enough to my queries everytime I asked for updates and also notifications are sent via email. The stethoscope is in good condition but the box wasn’t covered with any bubble wrap so it has dents on its corner. Overall, it was a good deal.
