Three month delay in shipment...
Having purchased from Medshop Australia numerous times, I was expecting good service from Medshop Malaysia. Unfortunately, the items I ordered in March arrived in June, and whilst I understand there may be delays in shipment and production, a three month delay without any explanation or notice is really unacceptable. I would advise that next time you are experiencing delays to please at least send a courtesy email to your customers to let them know how long it will take for them to get their purchases. I’m sure most people would agree that 3 months is too long a delay, particularly since plenty of my other mail packages arrived on time, even from international locations, so you can’t actually blame the postal service. In addition, Medshop Malaysia doesn’t stock quite the same brands of items as Medshop Australia, so there are some items that are of poorer quality than those you can buy on Medshop Australia, so that might be worth improving on too.
