There was some problems regarding shipping that had nothing to do with medical supply depot. I emailed them to inform them and they were not only first class with customer service, they went above and beyond and contacted the shipper to find out what was going on. They also rectivied the situation and sent me my product overnight free of charge. Knowing that the products I ordered I really needed. First class company from top to bottom. It's why I've been using them for years and will only use them. Thank you medical supply depot team!
