I ordered medically necessary supplies for my child. After 10 days and no delivery or contact, I called. After being on hold for three minutes, someone picked up and then hung up on me. I called back and was told that then ordered item is not available. I wish they had notified me earlier as we went without the supplies for days. Definitely a business I would never recommend. Just use your locally owned pharmacy.

a company should know the item is out of stock or on back order before accepting payment on an order. We do not have time to play this game with you. ship us our order immediately. sad to say that a person gets better service at walmart.com
