NetSuite (OLD Store)

My masks and tubing were suppose to be delivered on January 14,2022, BUT I’m still waiting for it. Do I need to reorder….?

I bought pediatric forearm crutches for my two-year old son. After getting an email that they would be shipping in May (4 months later), I asked to cancel the order and refund my card as my son would likely grow out of them in 4 months time. I still have not received a refund, let alone a response from them after several emails. Terrible service, will be purchasing elsewhere next time.

I still haven’t received it and it’s been two weeks

The order was late and they didn’t send me everything I ordered. I ordered a case of gloves and only received 2 boxes and no one would answer or return my calls.

I sent an email on Friday, May 14. I've been carged for a canceled otder. Not happy!
