When I raised a concern about the quality of the product that had been delivered from InkMasters they facilitated a refund and went "above and beyond" the call of duty to get me a replacement from another retailer including to ensure that I was not out of pocket. I could not have asked for more. I even had the CEO call to give me updates and help in the process. MedCart's customer service was outstanding - from the telephone receptionist to the CEO. I was very happy with them and grateful.
