They are very natural looking. Had 6 fall off and had to apply new ones. This is first time I’ve used them. Hopefully I’ll apply the next ones better. I do love them though.

Slow to get a response to messages. But the nails came quickly

I returned an item following the instruction on their page and received a rather curt query as to why I'd returned the order. I was then sent a set of nail sizers rather than a refund and now I have to decide if I want an alternative size / shape name before I can request a refund. Will decide whether I try an alternative size and hopefully then I will like the quality of the nails... but so far, I'm a little disappointed with the customer service

These nails look great but they don't stay in place for long. Within 24hrs they start to come off, even having followed instructions given with product.
