charged way for shipping than expected

Thin material that offers no support. Even with the Velcro strap, the material is just too thin. I do not like this product at all and I do not recommend it.

Measured exactly as instructed but when it arrived it was far too big around the thumb area and moved around. I contacted them for help as I was slightly annoyed that it didn't fit properly, got nowhere and had to spend a further $10 to return. Unhelpful customer service response. I'm an intelligent person and measured a number of times to ensure that I purchased the correct size, yet it didn't fit! I don't have strange shaped thumbs, they're completely normal. I would not recommend. Search around for a company that will help when the need arises
