I order a product online that was posted in super quick time. Unfortunately, it was the wrong product, HOWEVER, Cara sorted out the mistake with some superb service. I had the correct product within a week, and that includes posting the wrong one back. Cara was really great, she is a true asset for the salon. I highly recommend McIntyres Salon, simply for the service. Keep up the good work, mistakes happen it how you resolve them that makes you special.

I ordered three identical Balmain products and the status of the order didn’t change. I messaged and was told they only had one of the products in stock and we’re waiting for more stock. However they offered to send the one product they had in stock out to me by first class post and the others would follow once the stock was replenished. The very next day I received the product. The others arrived a couple of days later. I think the service I received was excellent.
