When I got the hair it was so pretty and soft and it still is. I haven't washed it yet to see how it will be managed but I currently have to brush close by the nape of the neck because it gets a little tangled. I was hoping to leave a review after I washed and had an opportunity to see if it will be the same way. Will keep you posted.

I like the hair but it's hard to manage after a few days with trying to get it to go back to its natural pattern without tangling, other than that everyone thinks it's my natural hair I love Mayvenn & will continue to order from them.

The hair is perfect, but the shipping was horrible, I paid for express shipping but you all didn't ship my hair until 2 days later and this happened in the middle of the week.

The hair gets really dry and frizzy. People like the blonde look on me. It looks better when curled.

I didn't receive my pillow case this time unfortunately
