I've started using the climber, and it's tough! I can only manage about 2 minutes at a time, but I make an effort to use it several times a day, hoping to accumulate enough workout time to see positive results. There's no doubt it's going to improve my fitness, as I can feel it working in my arms, abs, butt, and legs. While I know I'll never look like I did in my younger days, I'm determined to be the best version of myself in my 60s and beyond!
