Hi! I recently purchased carriere freres acacia candle, however I was sent the Waterlily one. Maybe items should be double checked before they are being packaged.

I've enjoyed the products and selection, but the site and checkout experience are pretty bad. The site navigation is confusing and has some missing parts, so I have generally had to use the search function to find what I need. Recently, when trying to check out, the standard shipping option to the contiguous US was missing and only a $50 expedited option was available.
