Last year because of stress I had an eczema break out. . like bad on my face my eyes my neck. . never happen before. After some time I got my under eyes and neck under control. However my eyelids has not been “normal” for at least two years. They are just rough not smooth…and I’m always all day applying lotion on my eyes. The cream is great, rich and non scented which is everything when it comes to sensitive dry skin or people who are prone to eczema or irritated skin.
