Horrible experience so far
Mantl is not outright enough that you are opting into a $70 subscription with a trial box, and it's convoluted too because they have two product pages for the same trial box (one free, one paid); this is deceptive and bad design. I was shocked when I got a notification that I was being charged $70 for something I didn't buy from Mantl. $70 is a lot of money to be surprised with and I regret getting a trial box- not to mention the sticker tape on the outside both sides of the box seemed to be tampered with when I received it. To top it off, I'm not able to go anywhere on the site to create an account to manage the subscription I unknowingly opted into, so I cannot cancel or postpone shipment without having to take time out of my day to contact customer support, who is unavailable on the weekends. Everything about this seems like unethical, bad UX from beginning to end of my experience. Would not recommend this to a friend.
