I honestly have never had a problem with my orders. One time, with no fault of Manic Panic, my color bottles came broken but Manic Panic replaced them in a very nice timely manner. This past time, I had noticed that my order was at a halt with no progress of shipping or anything. Now, when I noticed this, it had been almost 2 ish weeks. I reached out just to touch base and they check my order and was confused as well. They ended up flagging my order to get it packed and shipped as quick as possible. They even expedited the shipping so that it would come within the next few business days and sure enough it did! I was so extremely thankful for their understanding and help with getting my order to me! I completely understand what it's like working during busy season, as I am a retail worker as well. We both stayed calm and professional and that is the best thing anyone could ever ask for!
