The formula of the Mystic Heather - classic high voltage I got was horrible and was extremely thin and runny. It looked like a translucent purple hair gel rather than a hair dye. It did not dye my hair at all and I was extremely disappointed. The shipping was hard to track with the app you had to download. I've never really had an opinion on manic panic dye, but now I really do not think it a consistent brand for me I've had very mixed experiences and with my hair I need something consistent.

2 out of the 3 colors I bought I wasn't really happy with. I emailed customer service about the issues I had with the violet shortly after I used it and I still haven't heard back from them. I won't be buying from here again.

It would have been better if I wasn’t missing items with my order. Extremely disappointed with that fact. Probably wouldn’t order anything online again , only in stores.
