Quick service but poor handling of product meant repair from day 1

I received the step very promptly. However assembling the step and handles was not as straightforward as I’d expected. The instructions were almost unhelpful and it was only through trial and error (and watching a very out of date YouTube video) that I managed it. The step is good and helps access in and out although the step itself is not as strong as expected and there is considerable movement when stepping on it, which is ok once you know to expect it and I’ve had to put a block underneath the step to stop most of the give.
