We purchased a Trust light weight rollator for travelling & visiting family and a A frame tall rollator for use at home and out & about when not using the car. The staff we dealt with were polite, professional and extremely helpful Their level of customer service is amazing nothing is too much trouble. Very rare these days. You are given fair and detailed advice. You are not put under pressure to purchase different or more expensive products. They also sort out Vat relief if you qualify. Ordering on line is straight forward. The website is easy to negotiate and instructions are clear. Payment options are available and easy to follow. The products for sale match the photos & details shown on the website. Extras are clearly noted. No hidden or unexpected surprises at payment. Delivery instructions and confirmation of payment were prompt. Delivery was efficient on the date and within the expected time frame. All in all 5 star.
