My experience with Malin+Goetz has been great. The only problem I had is Royal Mail delivered my first parcel to the wrong house on a different road. I informed Malin+Goetz's customer service, regarding this incident, and they agreed to send out a replacement parcel, which I've received. The member of staff I dealt with was supportive, professional and kind.
