Dangerous machine, extreme facial bruising

Dreadful machine, delivery was good and machine looks good and is nice and heavy, but it’s so uncomfortable to use, it sends your teeth on edge, it hurts your skin just not nice at all.

Dissapointed.

I’d had my magnitone cleansing brush 2 days and it broke. I tried to get hold of customer service and when i eventually did I had to send some photos. Didn’t hear anything for a couple of days then Georgie from customer service asked for more photos so once again I done as she asked. A few days later apparently my case was resolved!!! I’m absolutely disgusted and can I get hold of anyone no I can’t. Will I get a replacement? Somehow I don’t think that’s going to happen.

Stopped working after a week of use. Tried charging again fully but still not vibrating. Lights flash but no movement on brush. Definitely not worth over £70. Unable to get a response from enquiry I have sent. Am about to send repeat email about it
