This was my first time trying this brand and I'm very happy with my brushes. I ordered 4 eyeshadow brushes. Somehow when they shipped my order they accidentally left out one of my brushes and put two of the same brush. I emailed them and they responded back right away and sent me out the brush that I was missing and I got to keep the extra brush. I'm also super happy with the quality of my brushes

I love the 227 brush however, the tapered highlighter brush was a huge disappointment. Loose fibers kept coming out of the brush every time I used it. Very annoying to pick out fibers from your done up face.

My brushes are losing hair bad quality
