Waited 3 weeks for my goods

Box arrived broken.the dry shampoo damaged

Shipping was extremely late, there was no communication. Packaging made the product dinted, no bubble wrap to secure items. Overall the order was a let down. Love the product but would never purchase through this store again.

Terrible customer service. Had no communication 2 weeks after placing my order, sent several emails to ask what was happening, with no reply.

Lux Hair took almost three weeks just to post my order. That was after four emails and two telephone calls to chase it up. No one from the company actually got back to me until after I threatened to make a PayPal claim. When they did get back me , it was a brief text to say sorry but they had been out of stock. They should have contacted me within a few days of my order to tell me this. Extremely poor communication and customer service. I will never use them again and do not recommend them.
