I found it easy to buy but delivery is poor. I brought my products on the 26th of October and it's saying that it finally got picked up on the 1st of November and won't be delivered till the 11th of November. Plus I didn't receive an email with confirmation to know it's been confirmed, until I had to email lux itself.

Far too long with no communication for postage

I would give a 0 if I could.

Terrible service & shipping. Took almost a month to get our order. Will never order anything from Lux Hair again!
