Hi, l ordered the product in a gift box, because it was a gift, a little disappointed.

Unfortunately it took almost 4 weeks to arrive as package apparently could'nt be tracked (unsure of why). Appreciate CV-19 impact but I had a number of other items delivered in much shorter timeframes. Consider use of alternative posting approach?
