Great product… We have not needed customer service so far!

This is a company and a department that goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is pleased. As it should be. A simple and important concept that is lacking in so many other retailers but not this one. I gave it 5 stars and I was looking around to give it 6 stars or more if I could.

Less then a month into using my bidet I’m finding it’s just as advertised. Very unobtrusive, an excellent hygiene device and appears to be saving on toilet tissue. I would highly recommend this for everyone.
