I am so disappointed my Luxe Neo leaked. I had truly loved it & had been amazed it was priced so reasonably. At first it leaked into the toilet (please add instructions how to clean these), then the control arm leaked onto the floor; lastly the connection under cabinet leaked into the cabinet! Before these leak issues, I had an idea to share w/you to make it better for large buttocks people—somehow drop (fashion) the arm flange a little below the bowl.
