My sister purchased a bidet and had very favorable things to say about it. I shopped carefully and when I saw this one I was sold when I read it had a guard for the sprayers. Installation went as described with no problems whatsoever. The design is great and it works beautifully. Very pleased with this purchase!

I don't recall interacting with support, but assuming I did, it must mean it was good enough that I had no issues.

I really enjoy the Luxe Bidet it is my second one in my house I just add a new bathroom that has a Saniflo toilet which it make it better for the toilet using less toilet paper.

This Lux Bidet was a breeze to install and works perfectly! The big bonus is it saves a bit on toilet paper too!
