Both the person who initially responded to my review, who understood my minor issues with the product as well and Rahul, who ultimately helped me secure a free replacement knob for the mode setting on my bidet attachment, were very helpful and responsive.

I only contacted customer support when I wanted to use a coupon provided by Luxe. It would not work on Amazon but was advised to use it on Luxe site. Everything has been wonderful since. My items have come as promised and Luxe is a brand I trust.
