Great assistance and follow through on a out of stock product. I did not have to reach out as the representative from Luxe worked with me on shipping me what I need. Great product, great people!

I needed to replace my toilet seat as the one I had did not fit properly with the bidet. I called and was sent a list of compatible seats with varying pricing and I was able to get replacement seats and install them.
