I suffer from IBS. Without going into gruesome details, this means a LOT of wiping. Even the best TP still becomes 000 grit sandpaper to me. The Lixe Bidet has been a BLESSING. Yeah, I know how that sounds, but I MEAN it! I now own two of them and highly recommend the product!

The first bidet I received didn't work as instructed (I couldn't turn the spray nozzles to redirect them), and after the technician on the phone couldn't resolve the issue with me, he immediately sent out a replacement. He also sent out extra parts at no charge so that it fit perfectly on my toilet. Very happy with the product, the support, and the price.
