Very easy set up and it’s already paid for itself with the amount I’ve saved in TP. I wish I had gotten one sooner

We are very pleased with our Neo 120 Luxe bidets, we have them on both of our toilets. Luxe has been a good company to deal with, sending us a longer hose for our left hand toilet and replacing one under warranty that developed an internal leak.

Have had Luxe Bidets for approximately 10 years now. Just upgraded to the 185 series. Couldn't be happier. (I even wanted to be a rep years ago when I first experienced them) Best investment ever!

Ordered a replacement knob and they shipped me one for free. A great company to deal with. The great toilet paper shortage of 2020 didn’t bother me.
