It takes forever to arrive

Unfortunately this time I tried solving the problem of the defective eyelash from the package that came defective but obviously I had thrown it away not even thinking they wore going to ask me for a picture of the defective eyelash , how was I suppose to know this was going to be a requirement, when they should’ve of done the quality inspection prior to shipment and not expect a picture afterwards . I’m really considering not buying from Lurella anymore , so sad because I do enjoy some of their products.

Arrived well packed but didn’t size down enough to fit my wrist.

I still have a love for this company but also have had bad communication relations with some staff. All good just order when I need something in bulk due to being international
