I’m sure the cup is fine but due to (I think) weak pelvic floor, the cup comes out during wear.

I find it very uncomfortable and it leaks. I brought both sizes and the smaller one is comfortable but leaked after a few hours. The larger one is very uncomfortable - the line at the bottom - and also leaks for me. Not sure what I am doing wrong or if my body isn't compatible

hello i purchased the other days and i tried to use but i think your company goods is too hard... than other company products this is not soft... that's why i could't use it until now..

I have been meaning to contact you, after following your directions on how to ready my cup for usage, I find it terribly painful to remove. I have tried to wear it 4-5 times but have found it very painful to remove, and have now stopped using it. If you could shed some light on why this is happening or that it just isn't suitable for me I would be grateful. Regards Susan
