I had heard about menstrual cups for a while but didn’t think it was worth trying. I was wrong!!! It has a bit of a learning curve but it is truly amazing and so worth trying. Not only does it make life easier (as it can stay in for up to 12 hrs) but it will save me a lot of money (about $30 a month) - so worth the investment!

Glad I finally tried this. So much easier & worry free. Just wish I had made the change sooner

I recently bought a lunnette size 2 cup as I was getting fed up having to change a super tampon hourly on my first 2 days. I found that I only needed to change the cup every 2 to 3 hours. I have only used this cup for one cycle and it has changed my life I wish someone had of told me about these years ago. will never go back to Tampons
