Disappointed
I find the site extremely difficult to use trying to use my reward points. I was on the phone trying to order and use my points . I had over 13,000. Points when I started talking to the gentleman. . He said I had to use the website to order to use the points. I tried for over 30 minutes with the gentleman on the phone to input my points . He kept telling me you will have to do it on your own , I can’t help you or explain what you need to do to use the points. I requested help from anyone there that could tell me how to use the points . He said there was no one there that could help. I ended up paying for my product and lost the 13,000 points . I was very disappointed I lost all of my points and could not maneuver the website. I have purchased from you since 2015.
