I wore them every day for about a week and then the gel began to pull away from the sock; in a few more days the gel wasn't providing any cushioning as it was so broken up. While the gel felt great on my injury (while it lasted), I would not recommend this product. It might, however, be ok for someone who is looking for relief lasting only about a week.
