I ordered all my new CPAP equipment through Lofta. Had a consultation with their physicians over the phone and everything went exceptionally smooth. One of the masks I ordered would not seal around my face and kept leaking. I contacted Lofta and they gave me a full refund and told me to just keep the returned mask. Highly recommended!!!

I ordered 2 hoses for my AirSense 10 and they sent me 2 hoses for the AirSense 11. I called and they immediately sent out the new hoses and paid for next day delivery and emailed a return label. It was seamless and easy! Great customer service!!
