Pleased with product but did not get an email with tracking info when product was shipped

Your product is cheaper and work better than the one I have to get through my "approved" supplier by my insurance company. Hoping you might find a way to work with insurance companies.

Bags were not durable or dependable

I was shipped the wrong product. I promptly emailed customer service, but my email was not acknowledged. I've used the Sensi Care Body Cream in the green/ white container & the product in the blue & white container. I ordered my preference, the blue & white container which is displayed on your web page, I ordered confidently expecting the product to arrive to be the same as featured. Please correct the error promptly. Thank you. .
