Can’t squeeze it!

Disappointed. Did not help with frizz as stated

This product was only okay. It didn’t work well on my hair and wasn’t worth the price, even on sale. My drugstore products are still much cheaper and have a more lasting effect. This makes my scalp feel weird and only helps for a few hours.

Wasted my money.

When the pump on my bottle was broken, customer service told me I needed to go buy another pump from somewhere else because they are back ordered. They sent a video showing me how to open a pump, which was condescending because I told them my conditioner pump opened just fine. The company having a tutorial video tells me this is a common problem that they blame on the customer, and according to Reddit, this is a common issue that never gets resolved. At this price point, I expect the pump to work and I expect a customer forward approach.
