My initial order was placed
My initial order was placed on 7/21/2023. After 2 weeks of not receiving my order valued at $180.00, and no communication, I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. I received an email response the next day that you were out of stock at the time of my order, however you have the product and it will be shipped to me the next day with a tracking number. 3 days later I had still not received product or tracking number, so I sent another email asking for a status or a refund. I received a tracking number without a company name (UPS, Fedex, ??) and an apology, but as of this review I still do not have the product I ordered. I have never had this type of service before, and I do not plan on allowing this to happen again.
