It seems like I had subscribed for a 3 months subscription and I had actually stopped taking the sea moss and I informed the representative which contacted me the next day so promptly and so willing to help that I started taking the sea moss again I'm not sure if the sea moss is helping me because I feel pretty sick. But the customer service is so good I gave it a second chance and this is the type of company that I want to deal with
