Living Natural Way makes it hard to control or cancel your subscription.

Online service is ok. It can be a little challenging to navigate. You fall short on the check-out. It, could/should be simplified. Trying to get us to buy more product (on every click) can be frustrating. Also? You don’t get a purchase receipt sent to your email as soon as you’ve purchased. Leaving you to wonder if the purchase was actually completed.

My husband and I have been using the sea moss for 6 months or so, if not longer. It worked really well in the beginning. The last orders seem different. My last experience ordering was kinda off. Didn’t receive confirmation of order. I also had a hard time reaching someone. The contact info- one number say 299 area code, one number say 229.

It took forever for the product to be shipped. And also it took forever for me to receive the product
