Quality product, my body feels good after I take it.

I integrated this into my normal vitamin regimen and didn’t think much of it. Vitamins normally don’t make me feel any certain way so I wasn’t expecting anything. Well, I noticed shortly after taking my vitamins i would get a surge of energy. I thought maybe I was just having anxiety attacks. I don’t drink coffee or take anything else that would cause a rush like that. This morning I took it without any other vitamins and the same thing happened- it finally clicked it was a side effect of the sea moss! The effects happened immediately for me, not after months. Don’t get me wrong, it is very helpful when I’m running around or doing chores. The mental clarity is amazing. But it’s impossible to sit and do my 9 hour a day deskjob when my body wants to run laps. I’m going to try maybe opening the capsules and seeing if I can put half into a drink instead. It would be a shame to give up on it completely since it’s helping with motivation and brain fog but I do think there will be an adjustment curve. It’s just too potent for me.
