Customer service very poor.

Not great, won't buy again. Asked for help with my diffuser & because I brought in 2020 was told "would say that internal parts are wearing out.. which happens with all diffusers over time and use You could try giving it a thorough deep clean with a solution of white vinegar and oil in the base for a few hours to see if that helps at all. but other than that would be wear and tear etc" I'll be buying elsewhere even kmart considering how expensive Lively Living is.
