I still haven't received my order even after writing three times; twice by email and once through the contact us page on the website. There is no phone contact.

They cancelled my order for unknown reasons

I have tried to contact VIA email and on the website in regards to my last order I placed. It was short a product. I have not even been acknowledged what so ever! I have ordered your products for years. Not anymore!! although the products are fantastic the customer service is terrible. There is no phone number to call a person. You must rely on a website! I will not order from you ever again!

Emailed them about wrong shipping address, never heard anything back and they never reached out to get it fixed for me.

It has not arrived yet. It was about an hour away from my location a week ago, but for some reason it was then sent all the way to Georgia on the east coast. I am on the west coast! Not sure what is happening with it now. Obviously there will be no payment if no product ever arrives... :(
