I’ve not been taking this very long about 2 months, I’m not diabetic, more like pre-diabetic A1C is 5. 4. Tried metformin and felt awful the 2 weeks that I took it. I am going to use this supplement for several months then have A1C checked again. Before taking this I could tell there were times when my blood sugar was elevated because of how I felt. but since taking this supplement I have not experienced any elevated blood sugar episodes.

Service has been good. I am on auto renew and the product arrives on schedule every couple months.
