Don’t feel any difference upsets stomach to take 3 capsules at once

I’m so sad because I’ve wanted these to work. I first tried the bottles but continued to get niacin rashes. So I switched to the capsules and I’ve noticed zero difference. I’m sure for some they work but they didn’t work for me.

Messed up my sleeping pattern, now I’m suffering from insomnia.

I’ve only had the 12 bottles (9 for me 3 for child) so no results yet but I’m hopeful. I ordered the capsules for next delivery. I really wanted the liquid but the taste is the worst I have ever experienced ever. By the 3rd one my son said never again and by my second one I was literally choking trying to get it down. We mixed it to try to cover taste to no avail. By far the grossest flavor I have ever had in my mouth. I will update amount of stars once I try the capsules which after tons of reviews and comments being read I was told that they could be dumped in a drink and are flavorless.
