Disappointed
Cancelled my subscription via a reply to the text message that I receive monthly from Levium. The cancellation was confirmed, but the order was still shipped and I was still charged. Customer service was completely unhelpful.

Nothing good to say.
I emailed you after my first shipment that I did not want any more until January. You acknowledged you would not send next shipment until January 4. I received an Email on November 5 stating you were sending me a shipment. I cancelled my subscription at that time. Of course you sent me an Email acknowledging my cancellation but advising me you could not cancel until after sending a Nov 5 order which I told you on the day I received my first shipment I did not want until January. I have anything to say that is good about your company or your product! You should refund my money promptly.
